1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from wendstaronlineshop.com (the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “you”) and Wendstar Online Shop (“we”, “us”, “our”).

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Website or place any orders.

2 Eligibility

To use our Website and place orders, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout.
• Comply with all applicable laws of the Republic of Ghana.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if eligibility is not met.

4 Orders & Pre-Orders

All orders placed through our Website are subject to acceptance by us. When you place a pre-order:

• You are making a binding offer to purchase the item at the listed price.
• Your order is not confirmed until you receive an Order Confirmation email.
• Pre-order timelines are estimates and depend on supplier availability, shipping method, and customs clearance.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at any time before shipment.

5 Pricing & Payment

All prices on our Website are displayed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and are subject to change without notice. Prices are locked in once your order is confirmed and paid.

Payment Terms:

• Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order.
• We accept Mobile Money (MoMo), Debit/Credit Cards, and Bank Transfer.
• Shipping fees and delivery fees are separate and clearly displayed at checkout.
• Delivery to your final address is an additional charge (see Pre-Order Policy).

6 Shipping & Delivery

We offer two shipping methods: By Flight (1–3 weeks) and By Ship (up to 3 months). Shipping begins 2 weeks after your order is placed. Please see our Shipping Policy and Pre-Order Policy for full details.

Delivery to your door is an additional charge based on your location. This fee is quoted before final dispatch.

7 Returns & Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the specific circumstances of your order (cancellation window, supplier issues, delivery failure, damaged item, etc.). Please refer to:

• Our Pre-Order Policy for pre-order-specific refund terms.

In general: cancellations within 24 hours receive full refunds. Delay-related cancellations receive a product-only refund once a new buyer is found for the goods.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, logos, graphics, images, designs, product photos, and the “Wendstar Online Shop” brand — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

9 Prohibited Activities

To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Wendstar Online Shop and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Delays caused by suppliers, customs, shipping carriers, or events beyond our control.
• Damage to products caused by third-party couriers after dispatch.
• Any issue arising from inaccurate information you provided.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that order.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wendstar Online Shop, its owners (Diana Frimpong and Nelson A. Asamoah), employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your misuse of our Website or services.
• Your violation of any third-party rights.

12 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Website, cancel pending orders, or close your account at any time, without notice, if:

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
