3. Return Eligibility

You may return an item if:

  • ✅ You request the return within 3 days of receiving your order

  • ✅ The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • ✅ The item has no damage caused by you


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • ❌ Earrings (hygiene reasons)

  • ❌ Intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear)

  • ❌ Digital products or gift cards

  • ❌ Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

  • ❌ Custom or personalized orders


5. Pre-Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel a pre-order within 48 hours of placing the order

  • After 48 hours, pre-orders cannot be canceled or returned


6. How to Return an Item

Step 1: Email us at support@wendstaronlineshop.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photo of the item (if damaged or defective)

Step 2: Wait for our approval. We will respond within 2 business days.

Step 3: Ship the item to our business address:

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost returns.


8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • ✅ Refunds are processed within 7 to 60 days

  • ✅ Refund goes back to your original payment method (Mobile Money, bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard)

  • ✅ You will receive a confirmation email

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return was our error or vendor error.


9. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you


10. Vendor Responsibility

WendStarOnlineShop.com is a marketplace. Vendors are responsible for their own products. If a vendor refuses to accept a valid return, we will help mediate, but final responsibility lies with the vendor.

We act in good faith to resolve all return issues.


11. No Legal Business Registration Disclaimer

WendStarOnlineShop.com is currently in the process of formal business registration in Ghana. Until then, we operate with full transparency and commitment to fair returns. Every customer will be treated fairly.
