How long does pre-order delivery take?
Shipping begins 2 weeks after your order is placed. Then it depends on the shipping method: By Flight takes 1–3 weeks, and By Ship can take up to 3 months. Full details are on each product page.
Is delivery included in the price?
No. The shipping fee you pay at checkout covers shipping to our Ghana warehouse. Final delivery to your door is a separate, additional charge based on your location. Our team will contact you with the exact amount before dispatch.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes — you can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After that, cancellations depend on the specific case. See our Pre-Order Policy for full details.
How do I track my pre-order?
Visit our Track Order page and enter your order ID and email. You’ll also receive automatic email updates at every stage.
What payment methods do you accept?
