What Counts as “One Sale”?
Unlike most affiliate programs, we count sales per customer — not per product. One customer = one sale, no matter how many items they buy.

Why this matters: Our program rewards you for bringing new customers to us, not just products. So even if your referred customer buys one product or five, it’s still one sale — and the commission is calculated on the total value of that customer’s order (product cost only).

Payout Details
- Commission is calculated on the total product cost of the customer’s order — shipping and delivery fees are excluded.
- Payouts are made on the 1st of every month for the previous month’s confirmed sales.
- Minimum payout threshold: GHS 200. Balances below this roll over to the next month.
- Payment methods: Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo) or Bank Transfer.
- Commissions are only paid on orders that are successfully delivered to the customer — protecting both us and you from fraudulent orders.
- Tracking cookies last for 60 days, so you get credit for sales even if your referral purchases later.

Is it really free to join?
Yes — 100% free. There are no sign-up fees, no monthly fees, and no hidden charges. You only earn from us; you never pay us a thing.
How much can I earn as an affiliate?
Your earnings are based entirely on the sales you generate — you earn nothing until someone buys through your link.
Once a customer buys, you earn commission on the total product cost of their order. Your rate depends on how many customers you refer per month:
- 🌱 Starter (1–5 customers/month): 5% commission
- ⭐ Pro (6–15 customers/month): 8% commission
- 👑 Elite (16+ customers/month): 12% commission + bonuses
There’s no cap on how much you can earn. The more customers you refer, the higher your rate becomes.
Is a “sale” counted per product or per person?
Per person (customer). This is important:
- ✅ One customer buys 5 products in one order = 1 sale
- ✅ Two separate customers buy from your link = 2 sales
- ✅ One customer buys twice in different months = counts in both months
But your commission is based on the total value of the customer’s order (product cost only) — not the number of products.
How do I get paid?
We pay via Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo) or Bank Transfer on the 1st of every month, as long as you’ve reached the GHS 200 minimum. Balances below that roll over.
How is my commission calculated?
Commission is calculated on the total product cost of the customer’s order — not on shipping or delivery fees. For example:
- If the product total is GHS 1,000 and you’re at 8% tier → you earn GHS 80
- If the product total is GHS 500 and you’re at 5% tier → you earn GHS 25
How long does the tracking cookie last?
We use a 60-day tracking window. If someone clicks your link today and purchases within 60 days, you still get the commission — even if they don’t buy immediately.
When do I get paid for pre-orders?
Because we’re a pre-order business with longer delivery timelines, commissions are paid only after the customer’s order is successfully delivered. This prevents fraud and ensures we only pay on confirmed, completed sales.
Can I be an affiliate and a volunteer at the same time?
Absolutely! Many of our volunteers are also affiliates. There’s no conflict — you can earn commission on referrals while also contributing your skills to the team.
