Is the Volunteer Program really free?
Yes — 100% free. There are no hidden fees, no deposits, and no costs of any kind. We simply ask for your time, dedication, and commitment to doing great work.
What’s the difference between the 4 packages?
All packages include the full 3-week curriculum. The main differences are the website duration and supplier contacts:
- 🌱 Starter (GHS 2,000): Website 1 year
- 💼 Business (GHS 3,000): Website 2 years
- 👑 Premium (GHS 4,000): Website 3 years + Supplier contacts included
- 💎 Elite (GHS 5,000): Website 5 years + Supplier contacts included + VIP extras
Is the website really mine?
Yes — your website is yours to keep for the duration of your package (1, 2, 3, or 5 years). You have full ownership and control of the site during that period.
Year 1 hosting and domain are completely FREE for every package.
From Year 2 onward, your domain remains FREE for the length of your package, but hosting must be renewed. When you renew hosting with us, you get a discount on every renewal year as a loyalty reward.
What happens after my website package ends?
You have three options when your package period expires:
- 1️⃣ Renew the website with us at a discounted rate (loyalty discount applied).
- 2️⃣ Transfer your website to your own hosting provider — the site is yours.
- 3️⃣ Upgrade your package for more years.
Do supplier contacts come with every package?
No — supplier contacts are included free only in Premium (GHS 4,000) and Elite (GHS 5,000).
If you’re on Starter (GHS 2,000) or Business (GHS 3,000), you can still get supplier contacts — but it’s a paid add-on. Contact us for a quote.
Is the training really online?
Yes — the Importation Masterclass is strictly online. You can join from anywhere in Ghana (or beyond) and learn at your own pace within the 3-week structure. All you need is a phone or laptop with internet access.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade your package at any time by paying the difference. Contact our team and we’ll process the upgrade for you.
How do I pay?
We accept Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo), bank transfer, and card payments. Once you reach out via our Contact page, our team will guide you through the payment and onboarding process.
