Delivery takes 30 to 45 days. You will receive updates on your pre-order status.
Shipping is available within Ghana only.

Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds are processed within 7 to 60 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

- Contact us within 3 days to request an exchange.
Damaged or Wrong Items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Earrings, underwear, swimwear, digital products, gift cards, and final sale items cannot be returned.
